Rock band Breaking Benjamin is back and better than ever! Following up their 2010 album, Dear Agony, Breaking Benjamin was put on a four year hiatus due to legal actions and health issues.

Now in 2015, with all new members besides lead singer Benjamin Burnley, Breaking Benjamin has announced a new album, Dark Before Dawn, due out June 23, 2015.

The new members include, Aaron Brunch (bass guitar), Keith Wallen (rhythm guitar), Jasen Rauch (lead guitar), and lastly Shaun Foist (drums).

In support of the new album, the band has also released two singles, “Failure”, and, “Angles Fall”, as well as pre-orders for the new album, which in one hour of availability, reached #1 on iTunes Rock Charts, as well as #3 on the overall charts.

If fans are worried about musical changes due to the new line-up, don’t worry. The sound hasn’t changed too much to say it seems like a new band. The two singles have not featured any harsh vocals from front man Burnley, but all in all it sounds like the Breaking Benjamin vocals you’ve come to know and love. The instrumentals haven’t changed much either, with the exception of a noticably slowed pace in the two singles released.

To support the album fully, Breaking Benjamin has kicked off a summer US tour, which passes through Indianapolis at the Egyptian Room on May 20th, 2015 at 8:00 pm, with support from Young Guns.

Tickets are no longer available for purchase; the show has sold out.
